Joel Oliver
With over twenty years of experience in real estate development, entitlement, project management, modeling, acquisition and tax credit investments, Joel leads Halo’s community outreach and portfolio with his ability to identify opportunities and partners, structure complex deals and manage construction projects.

Ted Martin
Ted Martin joined Halo Real Estate Ventures as Director of Leasing/Management in January of 2024. With over twenty-eight years of experience in the commercial real estate development business, Ted specializes in representing owners and tenants in the sale and leasing of retail properties, build-to-suit, investment sales and development. He sold or leased over $150,000,000 in total transaction volume in the last five years.
VP DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Tom Young
Tom has 20 years of experience in private sector architecture and construction. He is a registered architect with experience designing commercial projects and large-scale development. In his current role with Halo Real Estate Ventures, Tom serves as the liaison between the development team and their design partners. He keeps projects on target and within budget by providing priceless insight about process and design solutions.

Kaeli Cutting
With over a decade of expertise in real estate development, investment, and finance, Kaeli has worked on a diverse range of projects across the country, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and affordable housing. From initial concept to construction completion and beyond, Kaeli has experience in project acquisition, underwriting, entitlement, overall due diligence, and project management. She has actively brokered real estate transactions for the last four years. She is passionate about green building and sustainable practices and holds a LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
